Bidrage med feedbackI had never had a problem with others dieucks everywhere in the country when I ordered my vanilla sweet cream cold foam on my hot drink and I can't believe that the disregard I just received from the barista. next time, I'm going over the street.
So I'm used to dieucks who live a city of 30,000 and another 30,000 college students I always loved to go to this to study and get work done and I was very excited to open sbux in ludington! I had no bad driving and mobile experience here, but I was soo disappointed when I sat in the lobby. the manager and assistent manager (off the clock, but still about business) sat and talked about an hour and a half, which is good, but they were so loud. Even at ohrböcken, who play my own music, playing music and being on the opposite side of the lobby, I could still hear her conversation quite clearly. there is no reason to speak that loud when they sit 18 from each other. I was in sbux where everyone is table filled and there is a line from the door of people who order and I have never experienced that. so, so disappointed because there is a really beautiful lobby, and otherwise productive atmosphere.
This starbucks had the friendliest staff! they remembered my name after just 2 visits.Super clean basically brand new. Outlets and USB charging ports at every table. friendly atmosphere.
Man. terrible experience to start my day. first they had no tons of stuff on camp to order so that they had a huge list, and I go to order my drink and I am spoken with rudely as somehow, it is my fault that they have no items on camp. not only that, but they made my drink completely wrong. extra dishes from espresso should make the drink bitterer, but instead, my caramel fruit tasted like I just drank from the caramel bottle. sweeter than 3 birthday cakes combined. wasted $7 on a caramel sweetness I don't even think has any espresso in it, although it clearly says it on the cup.
Manager training girl at drive thru was not a very good leader. Spoke down very poorly to the girl who seemed to have been in training. She was just making sure we were getting the drinks we ordered and he yelled at her in front of us for questioning what the drink was. I feel she was doing her job as to knowing it was what we ordered and telling us which of the 4 drinks it was. I will continue to go across the street to Bigby where I have never had that awkward situation.
