Dcorbiz - Lucknow

This is a restaurant rather than a hotel. Hotel service is pathetic. Rooms are kept dirty and if you ask for a cleaner, the tiles are the problem. No cleaner is available during or before your stay. Housekeeping provides ONE small 500ml bisleri bottle, anything after that is chargeable. Reception is pathetic. Rooms are bad.

The landline was not working from the time i checked in and after the day before my departure they rectified and i specifically told to do a wake up call but not got any call. Thankfully i had set up an alarm and I was able to reach the airport on time.Also when I asked to clean my room the basic amenities like water and milk were not refilled. Please look into this and resolve such issues so that other customers won't face such issues. The food was good and the room was neat and clean and the people were polite and responsive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at decorbiz and I must say, the hospitality provided by Rahul Mehra, who works at the hotel, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care, making me feel right at home. Throughout my Rahul Mehra above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service truly made a difference. Whether it was providing helpful local recommendations, assisting with my requests, or simply engaging in friendly conversations, they always went the extra mile to make me feel valued as a guest. Not only did Rahul Mehra showcase professionalism and efficiency, but they also demonstrated a deep passion for their work. Their enthusiasm and dedication were evident in every interaction, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The level of care extended beyond the personal interactions as well. The entire staff at Decorbiz exhibited the same commitment to excellence, ensuring that the premises were always clean and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal, providing convenient access to nearby attractions and transportation options. I have now been a frequent visitor to this Hotel. And let me go a step further in appreciating Mr Abhay Chauhan who has been taking care of me and all the other guests recommended by me in a well behaved and a very professional manner. He takes care of each and every minutest details. Last but not the least, I love the food served from their in-house restaurant.

Recently I had as stay for 2 days in this hotel and the rooms were great and quite spacious and the location around it has super cool vibe. Specially, services provided by the hotel and their amazing staff was too good.
