Great facility and super staff. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and nearby is a great shopping street.

THE GEBEUDE does not meet the standard of a hotel. Ringsherum blettes the plaster from everywhere spider fabric in the entrance area, clean was probably not really done for a long time. see pictures DAS ZIMMER has been living and coming in the years. You can't complain about breakfast.The glasses and the dishes should clean again. Unfortunately, the employee was completely overwhelmed and sometimes also saddened us because she was probably left alone with the situation.SERVICEder Receptionist felt completely lustless, responded to our criticism that the heating does not work rather unfriendly. But then it offered us to put the room into the bathroom for exchange or a heating fan. You could make a lot more of it if you just wanted. I will definitely not stay there next time. If you could forgive zero stars it would still be a star too much.

Overall not recommended.CHECK INIn the AGBs was that the check is possible in from 2 pm. When we arrived half 3 we were turned off relatively pampy and should come back 16 o'clock. Even then, the House Keeping was not yet through and we only came half 5 into the room.DAS ZIMMER meets the general standards, but looks a little down. No minibar and very small TVs.FREHSTÜCKintercontinental breakfast, nothing special but solid one can not complainSERVICEder receptionist was massively unfriendly, reacted to our criticism even with shoulders and did not see any reason to meet us (possibly with the price). The hotel seems to be well enough to run.INSGESAMT-priced is the hotel at the level of a 3 4 star hotel in a big city, but can neither confirm this by service nor rooms I would choose another hotel during the next stay.
