If you love simple things and without too many frills then this is the place for you. friendly and helpful staff. traditional dishes and not well cooked and presented. all in a simple and welcoming environment.

Restaurant with lovely garden, great menu. I suggest cut, abundant and of excellent quality, very kind staff. experience to repeat.

Stopped for lunch driving from La Spezia to Siena. Definitely not a typical tourist destination; we were only non-locals in the restaurant. Food was fresh delicious. Spouse had penne pomodoro the penne was cooked perfect al dente pomodoro style sauce was subtle but full of fresh flavors. My gnocchi w/broccoli was fantastic. The gnocchi was like little fresh pillows of heaven and was sitting with sliced broccoli in a light cream sauce. Service was wonderful attentive; all while dealing with the local crowd of workers on their lunch break. A great experience.
