I made a reservation using an app for 14.30 which there was an option for 15.00. I arrived there at 14.48 and they told it is closed. When I try to convince them, they said it is because we were late more than 15mins. Apparently, you cannot be late for an empty restaurant!!!

Sabato sera con amici passato davvero in maniera splendida all'Osteria del Tortellino. Ottimi antipasti accompagnati dalle famose Tigelle emiliane. Varietà di primi e secondi da leccarsi i baffi. Il ristorante ha rispettato lo sconto The Fork e alla fine serata riuscita mangiando bene e spendendo il giusto! Posto consigliato nel cuore di Lucca... Meal type: Dinner

First of all respect for those who work there, but the food was inedible, raw parcels, mushroom sauce made with poorly washed dried mushrooms full of earth, cold croutons, wine that arrived half way through the second course. It was the last day of opening, the boys at the counter, aware of the poor quality products. Mammamia what a bad experience, 89 euros wasted.
