Tasting menu. I often say that if you really want to be impressed by a restaurant, you have to go through the vegan tasting menu. In Lublin I would not trust many restaurant with vegan food, but in chapter 1 I had hope and they did not disappoint! Brilliant combinations, taste pairing. Two of my favorite dishes were an appetizer of Portobello mushroom with teriyaki sauce, kale, red pepper genius taste pairing, to me as not vegan resembles barbequed pork ribs; another from the main course Oyster mushroom on sauerkraut with tomato sauce: it is simply impressive to put! That Sauerkraut deserves applause Another thing to mention is the wine pairing. Professional wines paired perfectly with each dish accordingly. A beautiful show of a large wine collection Last but not least, pleasant service with flowing English and great knowledge of wines, helpful all night, and very attentive Thank you!

Bold, pancreas cooking with local ingredients. Great wine pairings, interesting combinations of flavors (Mushroom soup with chocolate, Beetroot Sorbet, spruce oil). Competent waiting staff who spoke well English. We're coming back!

Restauracja w prestiżowym miejscu, czyli na Starym Mieście w Lublinie. Bardzo dobra kuchnia, mąż był zachwycony. Ja trochę mniej, ale nie narzekam. Fantastyczne czekadelko z wypiekanymi na miejscu buleczkami. Bardzo miły i sympatyczny pan kelner. Ceny wysokie, ale cóż, miejsce i kuchnia

Fabulous 7-course menu. Enjoy a celebration with 12 people. The food was spectacular and the service was beyond accusations. Each course was served with a brief description. The presentation was beautiful colors, plates, use of technology and elements all brought together to improve and highlight the food. Would highly recommend. With every Michelin, Zagat, Diamond, rating all over the world. A little more. Thank you for making our celebration so unforgettable.
