Tables could use cleaning they could get rid of the flies. The ladies at the counter can take off the gloves instead of just using them to check everybody out take orders out to the table come back in with the same gloves take another order prep another order taking several orders out to the cars come back in get in the register get money get people's drinks all with the same gloves they need to change them up more often food-wise the burger could be better it wasn't fully cooked way too much mustard way too much onion
Horrible management, took hours away from how much I worked . refused to pay me the correct hours . From interview to work they are so unprepared .
No real issues,. But some workers were friendly and others were not. Just nitpicking.
Firstly, it is rare for me to post a negative review. However, sometimes it is needed. I am absolutely APPALLED by the experience I just had at this location. I went through the drive through, ordered two burgers, two fries, two drinks. I heard 19.25 as my total. Again when I got to the window, I heard 19.25. I handed the gal exactly 19.25. She handed me my drink, and then closed the window leaving my order there to get cold. I tried several times to get the attention of the original girl who helped me, who was now doing something at the register but looking confused. She looked at me but then looked away. I thought that was a little rude, and then wondered why there were three more people that had come up to help her at the register. I finally tapped on the window and another girl, Danielle , opened the window. I asked if I could please have my order, and she said when it 's paid . I told her I paid the other young lady at the register 19.25. She then, in what I imagine was her BEST snarky voice, said it 's 19.35 . WOW!!!! I handed her a dime and explained that had they simply said it 's 19.35 when I originally handed them the money, or simply said oops, I need one more dime , we could 've avoided all that instead of having several people gather at the register being completely confused by one dime. Simply ask the customer for the dime! Now I have cold fries and a cold burger and a smelting drink. Don 't figure I ever need to go back to this location!
