Whataburger - Lubbock

They no longer mix the drinks in drive thru for me. Apparently it was a big enough issue for the manager to walk over and let me know that they no longer allow me to mix my drinks. Every time I go in for breakfast they mess up my order. But it's Whataburgerbreakfast so I eat it.

On a two travel, chain restaurants are handy. My husband had gift certifies to use up we were happily surprised by their healthy options!

Good food. Service was nice. When my food was ready, they walked to my table and gave the bag to me. How nice. Is this a Whataburger service or just this one? Admittedly, it's my first time ordering from Whataburger.

Worst Whataburger EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. First they made us wait for 25 minutes before we even got our food. When we checked it the chicken sandwich which was supposed to be plain had everything on it. When we took it back in all they did was wipe off everything and then smother it in sauce that was not wanted on the sandwich. They told us it would be another 15 minutes if we wanted a new one. We left and I decided to just throw away the sandwich and eat the fries.

Stopped for lunch on my way back to San Antonio. Was definitely in the mood for Whataburger. Clean restaurant and very friendly employees. Meal was quick, hot, and tasty!
