LA MADELEINE - Lubbock

Great atmosphere, great customer service. The lady at the register who I’m guessing is the owner was the sweetest. She blessed us with a couple treats just for having us waiting a bit which we didn’t mind as we admired their delicious desserts. We will def be back to dine in. I def recommend 10/10

Good, quality service as normal. The crocmosuir was fresh and yummy. Lots of cheese. Love the tomato basil pasta. My go to side. The pasta la madeline was nice and creamy and a huge portion. Plenty of broccoli in it. The desserts selection is to die for.

My second time coming here and everything was phenomenal! The staff is lovely and the food is to die for!!!!

Came in on 4/27/22 around 4:15pm and when our food was brought out to us we noticed an error with our meal. We politely noticed the lady at the front who apologized and stated she would talk to the cook. Long story short the cook and front desk lady were very apologetic, polite, and went above and beyond to make things right. The food was fantastic as always but this experience really made my day. I will come back because of the exceptional customer service!
