Josie's - Lubbock

I just wanted to take a moment to review Josie 's. I wanted to have breakfast this morning. Unfortunately, another local Taco shop changed its hours to 9:00? From what the father said, the son is lazy and doesn't want to come early. So sad, but great for Josie 's. I ordered the Big Mama Breakfast Burrito with sausage. The cashier was so revealing when I asked how sharp the hot sauce is? She said it was mild, but she would put it on the side. Great! They are the small things in customer service that customers hold. This used to be the standard in service when I started working decades ago. Now the kids are just staring at you until you ask her, right? Something, John the manager has to learn. I read a bad evaluation and he offered excuses for his behavior. Excuse yourself for the customer, never offer an apology, never instructed your employee in the presence of customers or other employees. You are the manager, take care of the situation, you are the leader. Stay calm. Provide an apology to other customers when the delays and just explain, I'm so sorry for waiting. We had a great job. The person with the great order. We would be happy to fill the order. However, we are somewhat busy, so it can take about 30 minutes to complete. Can I offer you a free drink while you wait? It's not about you. It's about the business you represent. If you're in the customer service, don't insult yourself if we just ventilate an opinion. I bet if the situation was dealt with, as I suggested. This review would have been how good the customer service was and the food. Not for John. Who goes back to many of these criticisms. I expect a comment from John. o Anyway, took my order home. OMG, they have really good coffee. I wish I had eaten there to have more. The Burrito was great except they don't fold at the ends? It was like a huge folded taco. Don't get me wrong, John, the Burrito was soooo GOOD! Customer service was GREAT! When she gave me the Burrito, I had to look into the bag, because it felt like a little child in the bag (two Burritos). The Burrito was delicious. When it was made by John, thank you, but I heard Hispanic ladies in the kitchen speak Spanish. Anyway, just one picky point on my side not folded over the Burrito. I'll go back if I want a breakfast Burrito. No doubt! Please do not offend anyone to my comments about John, I am so sorry that customer service has become a reflection in our society. When I received good customer service, I praise this person. I'm not asking for a name. Because people get scared when you ask what is normal in the past, how he will complain about me in social media.

Went at 7am staff was very family-oriented, what I love in a place. ordered a ham, potato, chorizo and cheese burrito and it was one of the best breakfast burritos I had in a while, salsa was also on point. If I weren't a poor college student in any case would have tipped more

The girls are friendly and helpful. It only took about 10 minutes from the ride with 2 cars in front of me until I had and went.

Pretty good Burritos at noon, but the chips and salsa are what you really should do. Your chips can be fat and probably take years of your life, but they are sooooo good. Your salsa is GREAT! Red and green. It is also something incompatible, which means they do it themselves.

Great local Mexican and the best breakfast burritos you can get!
