Fazoli's - Lubbock

The staff was unprofessional very rude ! The forks had left over food on them very gross .Food was good but wouldn’t recommend.

The staff at Fazoli's on 19th and Loop 289 are very nice, and my kids love going there. That says a lot because my kids only like restaurants that have playgrounds.

We came in today for lunch. First impressions very clean and greeted by counter lady. Food was fast and hot. But the staff I will have to say is the reason we will come back. The guy busing tables and the young lady behind the counter was so sociable and friendly. Definitely recommend this location!

Nice place for dinner on a short visit with the family. The food was great and the atmosphere was great too.Parking: It's a small parking area, but we didn't have difficulties finding a parking space.Kid-friendliness: They provide booster seats and high chairs.

For the price of your bucks is great.Parking: No thank you at this time.
