Chicken Express - Lubbock

Dinning room is still closed for no reason. Waited in line for 30 min before driving off because the line never even moved. This place has gone down in service so much.

Line was short and food was hot and fresh. Enjoyed as always

A chicken place where you have to wait 20 plus minutes to get your order. How do you not have chicken down!!!

Okay food, but what turns me off is they ask you if you want biscuits or rolls. I say half n half. The lady says they can't do that. Only rolls OR biscuits. What I wonder is, if I'm getting four biscuits, or four rolls, and they're both on the shelf, andthe price doesn't change, then why can't I have two rolls and two biscuits? Not a fan of their business or customer servicemodel. My gut said drive away at the time. I won't be back. STILL doesn't make sense.

Their menu on the board is confusing in drive thru. They are extremely slow it 's No Chicken Express there wasn 't even that many customers. They never offer dipping sauce not everyone wants to dip in gravy. It 's weird that the breading is not goldenbrown it 's very light. The prices are higher than a person would expect. The fries rarely seem to be freshly out of the fryer.
