CANCUN MEXICAN RESTAURANT - Lubbock

For lunch at opening hours. the salsa and the queen were good. for drinks we have tried their piña and jamaika, we will get them back. my better half got the chilies poblanos with shrunk chicken and I got the chili colorado. we were both very satisfied with eating and remained satisfied. the atmosphere was perfect, the hostess was nice and our waitress too much about us.

Loves this restaurant! we always get great food and good service! I'll start with 1. dessert chimi cheese cake is from this world crazy good trees leches cake amazing chocolate fudge is amazingonly what we had was ok was the churros they are ok2. appstostada de ceviche is amazingqueso fundio is also great3. seafood mojarra can not be wrong with!4. grill carne asada is well portioned jalisco special is good5. tacosenough said, tacos are good time! our personal favorite from this restaurant is themolcajete they have for it! they will not be disappointed. it has a little of everything, huh, bark meat, chorizo, garnel, cheese, cactus, (yes, cactus is good people give it a chance), paprika, wobble, jalapeño, rice, beef and tortillas. it's a bit of food!

I must say I never give a restaurant a bad rating, but my friend has taken me to my birthday there, we went in the night around 6 or 7 maybe what was the night team. the bathrooms were dirty mülldoses flowing over. has to say that too. but perhaps the people of the team are better and the chefs too. I'm so sorry.

New to the area. I thought I was going to enter "hit a home run". so a beautiful place. huge menu of traditional texmex to large seafood steaks, etc. I ordered the 7-Seafood soup on basis of servers strong recommendation a few appies (many food for 1-guy but wanted to check the dinge). server bought suppe to warn me that it was very hot. except the suppe was cold, and it was bark soup (hassuppen). server has not even looked at what he delivered. I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get him back. showed him what he delivered and he said: “Ok.” I’m not sorry, or something. ok. had to go back to work, asked him to quit eating. again ok. no time for this kind of nonsense. mistakes happen. However: Rudeness/Indifference is never acceptable. Too bad. had great hopes to find a big mex. space near to house.

Been here a few times, I came years ago and I honestly wasn't impressed but not sure what has happened but the food has changed and is 10x better now especially their burritos and tacos, I highly recommend now.
