Burger King - Lubbock

All the lower rolls were burned! when I complain, the manager tells me that they don't check to make sure that eating is done right and that she was in the office so she didn't see it! bad excuse for management! could not answer me any simple question or even make me feel like she heard me or planned to correct the problem!

The worst burger king in lubbock! At some point, I asked for bacon cheeseburgers and I got a patty with whirl rings in it and Bbq sauce. they also have 3 commands wrong from me. the staff must be seriously replaced or trained in the burgerschule!

Chicken sandwich tastes good. Chicken was crispy and bread was good as well. I liked their apple juice. Waiting time approximately 10 minutes. Drive through available. Service good. Price reasonable.

Drive through lady needs to be retrained. Has zero communication skills or even people skills. Tone of voice seemed like she did not want to be there even though they were not even busy. Wish the other employee was there because he is spectacular.

The manager is probably the worst manager I have ever encountered. Huffing and puffing while she took my order, what else. As soon as I paid, she told me to pull around to the front. I didn't know if she meant the west side or the south side, so I parked at the corner, in between both. When she came out with my order 15 minutes later, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and shook her head because I guess the extra 20 feet she had to walk was too much. She handed me my food and walked away without a word. I called the store and asked for a manager, and found that she was the manager. We will not be back. Save your time and moneyfood was cold and seemed to have been sitting out for a while, even though I had to pull up for 15 minutes (you would assume they were making it fresh). This place is not worth it.
