I was worried that I would not find a vegan option in the airport, but I had luck enough to find pimai restaurant. named after his son, the owner makes the food and is completely conscious, vegetarian food. just make sure to specify vegan requirements. they have a vegetarian/veganes menu on the display so they can't go wrong. the food was delicious and the price was really fair, especially in an airport.
