Never an issue here. The food is fresh and good. The staff are nice and friendly.

The *rudest* customer service interaction I have experienced in a while. I roll up to the intercom to order in the drive thru and I can barely hear the guy over the speaker, but from the get go he wasn’t friendly, couldn’t have been less enthusiastic about helping me, and started this whole interaction by saying “Give me a minute.” No “Hello, welcome to Wendy’s,” or “Hi, could you hold on for one second please?” When I finally did order I asked for a small fry and a small cheeseburger with nothing on it except cheese and onions, and when I pulled up to retrieve my order, he wordlessly handed me my bag, took my credit card from me, closed the window and started to assemble two frosties instead of just charging my credit card and giving it back to me (there was only one other person in the drive thru behind me). Then when he opened the window to give me back my credit card, he didn’t say anything again. Oh, and my burger had *everything* on it. It’s really not that hard to remember “only cheese and onion,” but I guess when you don’t care about your job, you tend to make mistakes like that.

Really enjoyed their breakfast options and was satisfied with their food quality. Staff was quick and efficient with service; quite polite too. Haven't visited often, but this location has some promise for future returns.

Never leaves any food behind when delivering! Idec, at least I get what I paid for when I buy them—no sauce, no spoon! edit: I regularly place orders for delivery from this location, and everything is delivered hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered! I'm not sure why this place has so many negative ratings; it's fantastic!
