Mcdonald's - Loxahatchee

Service was great at this restaurant, I would rate it a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, but not perfect, so I would give it a 3 out of 5.

The service was quick and efficient. The fries are always served hot and they provide extra napkins. The restaurant has easy parking with plenty of options, including a free parking lot. This is a great spot for a takeout lunch, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Recommended dishes include the Chicken McNuggets.

I'm just here to say: Roger (red hair, around 17yo) that is working there at Orange McDonald's, his parents ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB with their son what a such kind and respectful child. We stopped (drive-thru) for a quick meal with our kids tonight (10/05/23) and loved that kid! This place usually has great customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

The lack of customer service since covid is concerning. I have worked for McDonald's prior to covid and we always greeting customers in the dining room as a rule of thumb. Now they look at you and ignore you. Some of the people who work there are great and always acknowledge the guests. They need to get back to their standards of excellence and start going back to service like it should be and training these kids how to properly serve customers. They are getting paid more now than ever and the service is horrible. Do better with training your staff.
