Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We ordered meals for four people and had them delivered. Unfortunately, our orders were incorrect and did not come as requested leaving us very disappointed. We took pictures of the wrong orders and attempted to contact the restaurant, however, no one answered the phone.

We always choose this restaurant whenever we visit Truro because it's a family favorite of ours. Although the service may sometimes vary, we have generally found it to be friendly.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and was disappointed with my meal. The chicken was dry on top and undercooked on the bottom. On top of that, the rolls were missing from my order, which is a crucial side dish that should not have been forgotten.

We always enjoy coming to swiss chalet in Truro. Love the waitresses they are always so friendly,Food is delicious. Everyone is in a great mood would definitely recommend Thks again swiss chalet

We stopped in with the family on the way home from Halifax. The hostess couldn't have cared less.......the waitress was a combination of unbelievably rude and disinterested.When both of our ribs arrived they were stone cold! Disgusting!Then when I walked past the servers that were congregating near the back wall on my way to the washroom I heard one of the say "That's one of the fags with kids!".........Couldn't get out of there fast enough and will never be back!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
