Baskin-robbins - Lower Alloway Creek

Went in on Friday night and I gave the girl the banana split order, vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and caramel. She came back with this bowl of melted slosh. It had everything in it including peanut butter. I asked her about it and she said she would remake it. I was ok…… at this time she was making my 2 scoop sundae. She handed it to me and the ice cream scoops were so small that the hot fudge melted all my ice cream. Then I noticed she had put strawberries in the banana split. ??‍??‍??‍??‍ I had to leave. It’s been like this for a while. These kids that work there just don’t care. There are so many bad reviews. I should have read the reviews prior to my experience. It’s a rip off. I’d rather go to DQ.

They drastically understaff this location. Long wait time and customers walking out because it takes too long to be served.

My only visit here was a few days ago. Turns out they charged my debit card 6 times, over $100 for a single 3 cone transaction. The manager forced me to drive into the store to resolve, after 20 questions providing proof. DO NOT use a debit card here, and get an unapologetic runaround as I did. ?

Brittany and Ellie Aura (spelling? were amazing and sweet. I'd stopped to have I've cream and call a cab and they were very friendly and on top of it. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Great customer service. The supervisor handles her team with respect and they seemed to do well under pressure. I was pretty please and one of a kind service these days. Our Birthday princess enjoyed her unicorn ? Ice cream.
