We recently ordered 2 pounds of brisket and 2 pounds of pork. After driving all the way home, we discovered we received dry chopped brisket instead. We spent over $100 and called to address the issue. However, the manager refused to rectify the mistake because it would be a loss for him. Well, it’s a loss for us too because that’s not what we ordered. We WILL NOT be returning.
