Dunkin' - Lowell

I ordered hot chocolate from here and it was watered down immensely. The service at this particular location is poor, the servers are incompetent and the drive thru is way too narrow. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Depends which one one you visit.Dracut Mass location's need more training, never get my order right.

These are the best dunks in lowell. super fast and friendly service and they will get my order to 100% of the time. my morning stop every day and I could not be grateful!

There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order. When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order and started to ring in what ever she felt like. Then proceeded to tell me the did not have frozen coffee drinks with hazelnut shots, it had to be strawberry or blueraspberry or the like.I ended up walking out because I shouldn't feel like a burden ordering a coolants Dunkin Donuts
