China Buffet - Lowell

I frequently visit this restaurant. Since the pandemic, the prices have increased and the food quality has significantly decreased. However, they still offer a great variety of dishes. I enjoy their seafood soup and shrimp. They also serve a wide selection of fresh fruits and desserts. The restaurant is clean and the service is fast. It's easy to find a table on weekdays, although there may be a short wait on weekends sometimes. Overall, the wait is not usually very long.

Hello, I ordered food from this restaurant for lunch today. I chose to order the Shrimp Chow Mein. The first photo shows what I expected to receive, and the second photo shows what I actually received. I have had Chow Mein before, but this dish had no noodles at all. It was mostly onions and cabbage, and it cost me $11.

The selection at this restaurant was extremely limited. Only 2 out of 3 of their steam tables were in use, some food was good while others seemed to have been sitting out for a while. I had to ask for a refill of water which was disappointing. However, the sushi was very good. The ice cream selection was poor and there was no way to rinse the scoops, which was unsanitary. Even the fortune cookies were below average. Adding insult to injury, a mandatory 15% tip felt like robbery. At $16.99 for dinner, the experience was not worth it. I will not be returning, as there are much better buffets available nearby.

Over all food is pretty good for a local buffet. Staff was friendly and prompt. Food had some good flavors and there were plenty of options. Would recommend eating here! Food

We went to this place on Monday 11/07/2022. We haven't eaten there in about 18 years. The last time was when we lived in the area. We moved to SW New Hampshire back then. Well, we were in the area doing some business and decided to go there. Well never again. The sushi was good, the rest of the food selection and quality was fair at best. Having a 15% gratuity included in the bill, the entire bill for two of us was $46.28.
