Taco Bell - Loveland

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered a steak quesadilla, chili cheese burrito, and Nacho Bell Grande with chips on the side and extra nacho cheese. When my order arrived, it was not the right portion size and my chips were soggy because they were not placed on the side. They also did not give me extra chips as requested. Not worth the money. I do not recommend eating here.

I found hair in my food. I ordered 2 tacos and found hair in them, which is unacceptable. People should wear hair nets in the kitchen. I brought it to the restaurant's attention and they were very rude about it. Not a fan at all.

I ordered 6 tacos through the drive-thru at the window and it cost $50. When I got to the window, they made a mistake with my order and gave me the wrong one. I had to drive back to Taco Bell, which was four blocks away, to get my correct order. They finally fixed it and gave me my order, but when I got back in the car, I realized they had only given me 5 tacos instead of 6. It seems like the employees there need more training as they don't seem to care about getting the orders right. The girl who took my order and prepared it seemed distracted by her phone, maybe if she paid more attention she would do a better job.Overall, they need to focus on training their employees and ensuring they take their jobs seriously instead of being on their phones.

One of the better taco bells in the opposite it can be hit a little or miss the speed and assembly of the food. but so far, at least this Taco bell was 1000x better than that on the road on the walmart.

If, for some reason, you happen to have a yearning for Taco Bell, I would recommend another location. There is one in East Loveland and one in North Loveland that would be better options. Every time I have been to this location, they have given me the wrong order. At this point, I almost think that it is intentional.
