Krazy Karl’s Pizza - Loveland

Tonight, I decided to order delivery from Krazy Karl's instead of Pizza Hut, even though the cost was the same at $8. I appreciated that the person taking my order called to let me know I had chosen the wrong wing sauce, so I made the necessary change. I also realized that the small ranch included with the order would not be enough, so I asked if I could get extra ranch. The person on the phone reassured me that it was not a problem. I always like extra cheese on my pizza, so I made sure to request that as well and paid extra for it. However, when my order arrived, there was only a small amount of ranch and no extra cheese on the pizza. When I pointed this out to the group of people I was with, we all laughed at the situation. In the end, I ended up spending over $60 for 12 wings and a large pizza, and I left feeling disappointed. I will not be ordering from there again.

So this is an interesting review, because the pizzas were pretty trash, like Little Caesars quality. But Anthony took care of us and refunded our order because of the lack in quality. Definitely going to give them another chance because they usually come through and do a really good job making the best pizza around.

Interesting combinations. Really liked the crust. But it they REALLY need to cut back on the grease. Often times a pizza will make the box look wet, but this was the 1st one I've ever had that soaked through on a 7 minute trip home. If they cut back massively on the grease, I'd love the place.

I know when you order and see the possibility of waiting upwards to 2 hours you may rethink ordering, but you better believe it is worth it! We ordered tonight and 2 out the three items we're wrong, which happens because nothing is perfect even though they are close, lol)! Sarah, the manager was super sweet and empathetic. Especially us waiting 2 hours for this delicious grub! She made sure that it was next in the oven and replaced our meal. Our delivery woman was krazy kind and positive! Thank you Sarah and our wonderful delivery woman for such a unforgettable experience. We love this restaurant and the food is always perfect. Mistakes will happen, although rare at krazy karls, if you visit here you will LOVE the food and the amazing staff there. NEVER had a bad experience here!!! Delicious!! Thanks guys!! If the owners or higher ups of this restaurant read this both of your store managers are amazing, Sarah is wonderful!
