Kfc - Loveland

When they go to a place like kfc eat, they expect to get a bun and do not wait 30 to 45 minutes on food from the trip thru. personal, inadequate product that all points to bad administration and education. and to ask for the rest of you is not in order. if I understood, but all I went to this place was the same of it or that or that is not on the menu! if it is not on the menu when it is not on the menu! very dissatisfied and will not come back soon.

My wife after work all day drives to eat at 21:00 clock. this is an hour before its near time. the drive through the hired said due to a personal problem that they are closed sorry. really, what have they done so far. they just didn't want to make their job and cook a bun. at this time they should close the doors only permanently. who the manager is here must be the first to go.

I never ordered to eat, waited for over 30 minutes, then never get my food and just returned my money. totally failing, they could not even make two chicken sandwiches with fries, for the inflatable price of $30. the manager returned my money, but was rude and unapologetic. save her money and go somewhere else!

Waited in the parking lot for over 20 minutes, they brought me the wrong order twice. I was short on time so I asked for a refund and got yelled at by someone claiming to be the manager. When I asked for the district manager she told me there is none, I then asked for the owner and see told me there was no owner. I didn't get her name but I was in about 7:15 on July 16, 2022. I now just hope I actually get refunded on my card............ Too bad there is no owner to talk to............

The main reason we went here was I really wanted the Mac and cheese bowl with chicken. My granddaughter wanted just Mac and cheese. The rest of the family wanted a bucket meal with greenbeans and mashed potatoes. We drove 20 minutes to find out that they were out of Mac and cheese and green beans! Needless to say I will not be back.
