Blackjack Pizza Salads - Loveland

When I don't want to make pizza, Blackjack Pizza is my go-to for ordering out. Food is good quality, and because they use their own employees for food delivery, it's always hot, fresh and on time if not early. No need to go elsewhere.

Good pizza, HORRIBLE service!Once again, a screwed up order (is it really that hard kids?)The “punked out” girl at the front counter had no clue. Our pizzas were apparently ready when I got there. She told me it would be a minute. So I waited, others walked in picked up their orders she finally asked my name again. I told her she said to give her a minute. She walked in the back that was the last I saw of her. Finally after sitting there for over 30 minutes, I asked one of the line workers if they knew the status of our order. He walked over I told him I thought the pizzas in the warming oven may be ours. After some confusion (being the wrong name was on the order) I finally walked out with our pizzas. Got home to find out they screwed up both pizzas up (wrong crust on both).We will not return give our money to a pizza place that has their act together, like Justine’s.

Ordered 3 pizzas today at 4:00pm to be picked up at 5:00pm. First the guy on the phone didn’t want to let me pay over the phone, but after I explained the situation I could. Then the people I had pick up the pizzas had to wait almost 40 minutes in store for my pizzas to be ready. Ordered from the Loveland location since I live in Johnstown. Such an inconvenience. The other thing that I find confusing is ordering in the app would have cost me $62 but ordering over the phone cost me $65. Curious wouldn’t you say. Might be a while before I give them another try. ??

Always good value for the money. If you like spicy, try their 505 green chili instead of marinara. They have several other sauces that you can inquire aboutWe always ask them to cook an extra 2 minutes to crisp up the crust. They get it right all the timeVegetarian options: Cheese is not vegan, but it will be okay for vegheads! You can also order pizza with NO cheese. They have gluten-free also.
