The food was served cold and some ingredients were missing.

The chicken was of high quality with no fat, moist, and tender. The portion size was generous and offered great value for the price. Don't think twice about trying it.

There was a mistake in order. When I called to report it, m. was very professional and corrected it right away. Thank you!

The fries were undercooked and the wait times were too long compared to when we placed our order.

Delivery, however. 1 hour waiting while I was supposed to, basic wait 1/2 hour. The delivery guy told me he was wrong with an address. what I could see, a few meters from me, when he arrived, he was mostly much more busy talking to the gsm.
