Fantastic restaurant!! Great food, beautiful setting and friendly staff!

Simply excellent. Restaurante Rafael is without doubt one of my favourite restaurants. Food is fantastic and staff are friendly, helpful and not at all obtrusive.

An absolutely amazing restaurant. Lovely atmosphere with brilliant customer service and team. The food is a very high standard and extremely fresh. We opted for grilled chicken fillets and traditional piri chicken, which was on the bone. First time I have had it on the bone and it was the best. We also had starter’s with chicken wings and prawn cocktail. They also have an amazing selection of wines, champagne and cocktails. I highly recommend Rafael’s, we will be returning for our last night in Vilamoura and most definitely on our return.

We went here on the strength of trip advisor reviews and were disappointed. While the food was OK, everything was heavily salted. Service was excellent though. Wouldn’t return I’m afraid.

Excelentes e saborosos pratos, muito bem confeccionados e decorados! Entrada folhado de queijo e pratos de polvo e tortellini de cogumelos e espinafres! Para sobremesa cheesecake e foundant de chocolate! O atendimento e atenção do Chef Luís e equipa foi impecável! Recomendadissimo!! Voltamos em breve!
