Bidrage med feedbackNormally it’s great, today I have a sick grandson and all he wanted was a cheese pizza. It looked horrible have the pizza had no cheese.
Beware!!!! Beware of theft with your debit card at this location. One of the cashiers/ employees gave herself a tip on my debit card when I paid at the drive thru. At first she gave me the wrong receipt when I asked for it. Then when she gave me the right receipt that showed her tipping herself she got upset with me for asking questions. When I inquired about the overcharge/ tip charge she justified it by saying she does not make the prices. I asked 3 times to get me a manager and when she saw that I was not leaving she then proceeded to yell this lady wants a manager. The manager James removed the tip and told me she made a mistake and hit the wrong button, but the receipt says she gave herself a tip, how do you make a mistake and give yourself a tip? He said I don’t know what you want me to do about it I said she made a mistake. James was super rude and very disrespectful to be a General Manager at least that is what he said his name and title was. Please people if you go to the Mudd lane location be careful and double check your receipt. This seems to be acceptable behavior at this location as management James)defends his employees stealing tips from the customers card. I will never order from here again. I am disappointed in the lack of integrity and disgraceful leadership at this location. He told me his managers name was Mark Sloan and I was not allowed to talk to him but for some reason I am sure this was all a lie as well.
Always order sucks they give my order to door dash when I order on their app. I usually tip after I get my food. Also food comes hot and fresh every time I order at least 2 times a month
Long story short #1 I ordered 2 pizzas and a 16 wing.#2 I got 1 pizza and wings! I called lady was nice I guess and manager seemed eager to just get me off the phone so he gave me the pizza I did not get. #3 I have the receipt I explained this. They kept being parrots saying what they saw on their side like I was a liar! #4 it took 40 mins for them to bring the other pizza buy and they guy was so unprofessional. He laid my pizza on a dog house and walked off as I opened the door I looked out to say thank you and was met with silence and anger. This place is so unprofessional I will never order anything from this location ever again! @papa John's you need to audit this branch and it's customer attrition also. Some training videos on how to treat customers and make an order correctly would be nice too. I know they don't care about losing 1 customer but they will lose a ton more with this kind of customer service. And I tipped them I wish I hadn't now!
First of all I’m not usually one to write a review, and when I do it’s not because the place was good. All I can say is wow! I ordered my food and they had it at my door in 16 minutes. The pizza looked and tasted amazing! Job well done!
