Panda Express

We got in the drive thru line and ordered as usual and was greeted by the moat amazing voice.What a treat to talk to someone that is truly excited and happy at their job!!Our spirits were instantly lifted and we proceeded to the pick up window.The young man was so fun and positive in so many ways.Our day was started out in a great upbeat way.My orange chicken kids meal was delicious as usual but no fortune cookie.I guess they knew our day would be a good one !Thank you Panda Express!!Food was great and your attitude was even better!!

Easy to do. Pick-up went smoothly. Disappointed that we weren't told at ordering that certain items were not available. The store made its own decision to substitute. Turns out the substitution was acceptable, but that could have been disastrous.

The Panda Express that just opened in Shepherdsville,Kentucky is just flat out horrible!!!! Cold, tasteless food. This place was out of a lot of food. The staff was untrained and lack of communication skills to say the least!! Management was pitiful. They did not care about my customer experience and made me feel like it was my fault for their incompetence. Sad, repulsive excuse of a restaurant .

When I ate this, I thought of George Costanza and how George likes spicy chicken . But the spice didn 't make me sweat at all. It was pretty good, though. Very clean restaurant a great for Chinese food.

We walked in and were immediately greeted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food is always great. Wonderful visit after trip to MidAmerica Sports Center.
