The Heine App is a train wreck. I can't think of another retailer that has made such a poor job of rolling out new POS/App technology. And six months later still no fix. The staff are fed up with the technology that negatively impacts speed of service, significantly diminishes their tips and over-complicates each transaction. They tell me it was meant to be fixed in January, March and April, and here we are in May. This 15-year Heine devotee is jumping ship for other local options.
App now incentivizes you to order with mobile to use your rewards… okay, way less user friendly, but I finally bite after all these months and order for pick up in drive-thru. Pull up to the speaker and let them know I have a mobile order for (my name)… the woman at the speaker acts like I’m stupid for announcing that and spoke to me rudely ? Drinks were good at least.
I really like the way that this Cafe is set-up and it definitely has a very relaxing vibe. Moreso than your average coffee chain Cafe. Everything here is super comfortable, from the tables and comfortable chairs, to the relaxing music that is at a reasonable volume. For those reasons, this Cafe has be one my number one destination to come and do work, during the time that I'm here in Louisville. I came in at around 1w noon and even then there were 4 or 5 customers doing work on their laptops. There were at least employees that I saw working behind the counter, so ordering my drink was fast and painless. I ordered the large Creamy Vanilla Cold Brew Coffee. Additionally, I got the lueberry muffin to mun on. For the times that I e been here, its always been a chill and good esperience.
Misty was absolutely amazing this morning. She is patient and efficient! Thankful for a good interaction this morning.
