Our first visit. The food was as great as the incredible service. I for sure recommend you give them a try.

Hadn’t eaten here in a while so I decided to do an online order. Their system said my wait would be about 30 minutes for pickup. Once I arrived the staff was behind so I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my Butler Box. Young ladies at the counter were super rude when I asked for my ranch (which I ordered). Food was terrible! Wings weren’t crispy, and fries were soggy! They really need to go back to the old version of garlic parmesan instead of using the cheap grated cheese for spaghetti. And also train their teenage staff to have better mannerism when working with the public.
My favorite chicken spot in Louisville. Chicken is fresh good. Usually about a 20-30 min wait so order ahead but it's worth it
