Wick's Pizza Hikes Point - Louisville

I ordered the lasagna, but it didn’t meet my expectations; it was just average. The waitress could have used a bit of assistance as well.

The pizza is great and the service is just as good. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is $14 for two Sam Adams drafts. Just too expensive! A lunch special and two beers shouldn’t cost 23 plus tip.

Make sure you tell them you are a veteran before ringing up the order.

Great pizza but would never go back. Server suggested how to order to get the best deal. I did just that and when the bill came it was alot more than if I would have ordered straight off menu. Server said cheaper to create a pizza, and she never once said after I ordered that it would not be cheaper. She took my order knowing I was trying to get the best deal. Why didn't she tell me while I was ordering that my selections were not cheaper that way. I was shocked when bill came- $26 for a small 4 veggie topping. Menu had a 6 topping for $17.99. Server assured me it would be cheaper to create my own. I will stick with Imperizelli's

This was my first visit to Wick's. My husband and son shared a pizza and both said it was very good. I had the manicotti and it was DELICIOUS! The marinara sauce was outstanding! Service was excellent and we had a very attentive server. My only complaint is that it was so loud in the restaurant. The TV speakers were blasting. We visited on a Saturday during a UK game, so I'm sure the volume was up so customers could keep up with the game. However, it was nearly impossible to have a conversation during our meal. Overall, I would come back again and maybe dine in. I know I definitely would order carryout.
