We had a great experience. The server was very friendly and pleasant.

We had a wonderful time at White Castle. It has become a tradition for us to take our kids there on Valentine's Day, and they absolutely love it. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I have received worse service from more upscale establishments. Thank you!

I've been in the drive at 10. someone came on the microphone and said I'll be with you at a moment. I waited and waited and car stacked behind me. after 5 or 6 minutes I said hello? another person spoke and said we only need 15 minutes. we'll change. wtaf? they expected that I (and others) only sit for 20 minutes before I could even order? No. I can only assume that eating was as bad as the service. I didn't wait.

My favorite food place to eat. it was a bit waiting. but I don't owe the employees. it's hard to get people to work these days. they worked hard and did the best they could. and still a good job and friendly service.
