Wendy's - Louisville

Food was good staff was friendly but it most definitely needs to be to cleaned. All the tables were dirty and floors were sticky.

Drive thru was quick. Worker was very courteous. A great install experience. Best of all, the burger wasn't horribly messy like some places.

It was not a good experience cash only staff was very rude and food came out cold was unable to use the drive thru as their system was down. Will. Ot recommend to anyone

Horrible Absolutely Awful this Wendy’s should be closed and tore down. The General Manager should fire every single person there. The worst customer service in the history of civilization. I ordered 3 4 piece spicy nuggets and they were Horrible the nastiest nuggets I have ever seen. That’s the only thing I like at Wendy’s they weren’t fresh and the nuggets had slime on them. I hate Wendy’s I will never be back and I hope that one goes out of business soon.

Waited tonight for half an hour in the car thru. I finally move to the loudspeaker to order, and as usual, so says the mouth for loudspeaker, cash only!
