Taco Bell - Louisville

It’s crazy reading these entitled reviews like it isn’t 2022, and all these people are working in fast food… where literally no one wants to work. show respect to the ones who actually show up and get screwed on by the ones who don’t. cut them some slack because it’s easily one of the most mentally draining jobs out there. each time i go no one is ever just standing around, everyone is putting in a part. Unlike most restaurants i go to, they’re quick to acknowledge and if they can’t get to me they make sure i’m at least seen.

Ordered online and they were super nice! About an average wait time, not slow at all. Got everything I ordered and they were all labeled so I could tell customized items apart.

The food here is always good. I never have problems with my order being wrong. The employees here are pretty friendly. They always ask me if I want any sauces which is nice.

Place feels a bit dead outside typical lunch/dinner hours but the employees are on it, plus damn if they don't have the best food. I have a couple different Taco Bell's nearish to my work. This is the one that's my favorite in Louisville. They are quick, almost always get your order correct and pretty friendly.

Decent service. The food is usually good. They are usually out of something, and the order screen in the drive thru has been broken forever.
