Bidrage med feedbackI wouldn't give this place even a single star if I could. As a partially disabled U.S. Army veteran, I was denied service in the driveway simply because I was on a bike. When I inquired about their policy, they claimed it was a corporate rule, but when I asked for the branch number, they told me it was a franchise. They refused to provide me with the contact information for the franchise owners or any details about their policies. I was informed that their stance is to not serve customers on bikes, but if I had a moped, it would be acceptable. There is no secure place to lock my bike, and they suggested I bring it inside, which, according to them, would violate local health department regulations. I would appreciate it if the franchise owner could reach out to me soon, as I plan to report this issue to the Kentucky Department of Trade and the Veterans Administration. Thank you. By the way, is this franchise location up for sale?
I ordered extra cheese on everything, but I didn't receive any. That was $5 wasted (with the door pocket, it ended up being even more expensive), and I didn't even get my drink! I called to complain, but they didn't offer any refund or assistance. They just said there was nothing they could do.
I have order the same order and each time they get the order wrong check your order before leaving there
Not very bright. I asked them 3 times if they understood that I was picking up 2 orders. I spent 20 mins in line just for her to tell me she didn’t hear me and I had to pull around the front and wait!
This lady has an horrible attitude. And she is verryyyy slow. Been waiting on my food for 20 minutes! Places like this needs more smiles, not her attitude!
