Bidrage med feedbackMy son loves subway. there was a time when the quality of their product was worse. I feel like the quality of her product is better now. However, today I had a bad customer service experience with a lady with long brown hair working there. the door says 9:00 clock opening, but there is another sign on the upper left side of the glass window that has different hours. I just suggested to her that they might put the new hours over the old hours because it was confusing. another customer came after me and actually said the same. When I left the long haired dame, I followed myself and said: and pointed to the sign so that I showed her the sign I spoke about. she turned around and went in and how the door was locked in, said that we had updated hours. I just felt like it was a bad experience, just for customer service. she was also a very rude man who worked there and before the conversation with her I almost told her about the way she treated him. Maybe it was a busy morning or she felt overwhelmed, but if I testify again, I'll say something.
The man who helped us was very attentive. the restaurant itself seemed quite boring. it was pretty and cool, though very entertaining.
No masks on during the graphic wide mask mandat no business and a call to company.
Gentlemen came out onto the floor eating. Didn't wash his hands before putting on gloves. Major violation. Will not be returning.
Ordered from Uber eats- not sure to blame them or Subway. Absolute worst sandwiches we’ve ever, ever had. Prepared completely wrong and disgusting. I’m concerned for our health at this point. A couple bites to the garbage. So disappointed disgusted.
