Subway - Louisville

I was really impressed by Daniel today; he truly excelled in his role. He was polite, quick, and highly skilled. I also appreciated his strong attention to hygiene, as he consistently washed his hands and changed gloves. Overall, he made a great impression.

One girl was doing her utmost to serve everyone quickly and efficiently, despite being alone. When I asked why she was on her own, I learned that her teammate simply didn’t show up. To make matters worse, the previous evening's team hadn’t prepared anything as they should have. She's not just handling her shift; she's also taking on the responsibility of managing the store and caring for the customers by herself. This is my favorite location, and it pains me to see her putting in more than 110% effort. She's truly remarkable! I really hope the store acknowledges her dedication and hard work.

I'm really thankful for having this Subway so close to my home. I especially appreciate that they allow customers to come inside to place their orders. Plus, it’s great that they accept coupons!
