Smashburger - Louisville

Ordered comb flours, quite expensive. The burgers are decent size and had a great taste. Orders have been completed quite quickly. The facility is clean. Customer service is great. I'll visit again when I'm in this area.

Wow, the first time we try Smash Burger, and we'll be back. Let me begin by saying customer service was on point. Holly, who welcomed us on 9/23/22, was so professional and nice. When we ordered the system, it went down. She continued our order and told us that we would not take care of everything. She was very friendly and explained everything. There was no way anyone was upset or had a bad feeling of being in this restaurant. When they had electrical problems, we told her the same reason we were eating because we also worked electricians in our house. I saw how many other customers came and she treated everyone with a smile and positive help. It would be great to see more of Hollys and her team in restaurants. As a restaurant owner, you just don't see much of this customer view! Okay now for the food og it was amazing. Everything was fresh and well flavored. I couldn't even finish my meal. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of space. There was another employee who worked at tables, why we ate one if I hadn't seen him, he never knew he was there. Very respectful to the environment of presumption. Oh, a team helped each other. When someone was ever called, they didn't hit an eye to stop and kick up. Good job to find smash Burger on such a great team

If I could evaluate this less than 1 star, I wouldn't think twice! When my burger arrived, I raised the bungalow and the burger was so small, he covered only HALF of the lower bungalow. I pulled off the bungalow to cover the size of the burger. (The 2 pieces are on the right). Did I eat the top bake because who wants to eat a bread?? This place was HORRIBLE of the lovely curved man on the counter, who CLEARLY didn't like his job. The Pommes were average. Some were cold. Some were mixed with fresher ones. Just a really disgusting meal! I will never be in any SMASHBURGER AGAIN! Don't waste your time or money. It's a demolition.

No ice for fountain drinks. Kelly (employee) did not inform customers of this fact prior to ordering and refused refund. When informed about the lack of ice he informed me that there, was no ice in the entire store . When I questioned him; Don 't you think it would have been a good idea to inform the customers of this prior to ordering? To which he replied, Maybe .

We ate lunch at Smashburger. I was relieved that they offered gluten free buns. However, they do not have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. That didn't bother me as I am not so sensitive that I need a separate frier. We ordered 2 double bacon smashburgers, a gluten free avocado bacon melt, regular fries, sweet potato fries, and smash fries. We thought the burgers were decent, slightly better than standard fast food; the fries were quite delicious and crispy.
