I love this location! The views of the river, the outdoor seating, the decorall really set it apart from other waterfront fare.
I chose River House as a post-graduation dinner spot to bring my family.
Server was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside ) I would go again if I'm in DC.
Happy hour only available at the bar. Proportions are small and not filling. Overall Delicious food but not enough for the price.
