I had a great experience at Penn Station! The subs were a bit on the small side, but they were tasty. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I felt disrespected and had to involve the police to get a refund. The DoorDash driver was recording the incident after another customer raised concerns about a worker handling food with their hair down. I requested to speak with the manager, who smelled like marijuana and had a hoodie covering her head. I asked for my food to be remade due to unsanitary conditions, but the manager claimed the worker wouldn't listen to her. The worker then took her hair out of a ponytail and put it back, despite my request for her not to touch my food. The situation escalated when the DoorDash driver got involved and the manager showed no concern for the situation, stating she didn't care about her job or the complaints. The manager even made a racist comment towards me. Overall, the lack of hygiene practices, professionalism, and respect at this restaurant is unacceptable. I have reported the incident to corporate and hope they take appropriate action.

Everything was fine. I didn't like the elder lady. Very rude is like I can't look at the menu for like 2 seconds and she's like ripping my head off and trying to hurry me up to get out the door.
