Panchitos Ice Cream - Louisville

This might be the best cookies and cream dessert I've ever tasted! We also tried the mangonada, which was fantastic. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well.

What an amazing ice cream and Popsicle place! Husband had pistachio ice cream, my mom had milk strawberry and I had guava. Delicious! We'll be back for sure! A perfect treat after a hot day at the park.

The tacos were so delicious and they were so generous with their ice cream scoops! I got a small cup and asked for 2 different flavors and the cup was overflowing with the creamiest, tastiest ice cream. Truly my favorite ice cream place in Louisville.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had in Louisville! Ordered the fish, tikka, and mole tacos. I had already eaten the fish taco before I took this picture. All were amazing, but their mole tacos are absolutely amazing! I also got the cucumber lemonade agua fresca. It was very refreshing. Fair warning though, if you don’t like pulp you will not enjoy it. The ice cream was so good! I got the Horchata flavor and the Galletas Marias with Cajeta. So creamy tasteful. Will definitely be coming back!

Wow!!! Absolutely delicious!!! I will definitely return. They offer not just ice cream and other desserts, but they also have a variety of hot dishes. I felt like trying everything on the menu. You should definitely check this place out. It's a cozy space, but the atmosphere is very friendly. You won't regret it!
