Wonderful place, staff and management! They were so friendly, caring and went above and beyond to make our evening amazing. Thank you so much for making our anniversary weekend a great one

Not knowing what to expect, we made reservations for brunch. Very few tables were occupied, but we waited for several minutes with no one around to assist. Once seated, the host got us coffee, but after around five minutes a waiter came around and questioned us as to where we came from and how we got coffee. Everything was just downhill. We had to ask for everything. Cream, then spoons, water, on and on. The waiter was not knowledgeable and very disconnected. Will not be returning especially since there are so many great places to choose from in Louisville

Went for breakfast after staying in the hotel for an event. I s could see that they were running low on staff, but we went ahead and were seated. The hostess eventually took our order and the test of our experience there went very slowly

Good service at the bar. Table service slow and forgotten ordered items. Food was okay

The food was great but service was awful. We saw our waiter twice, once to take our order and the next to get our check. A runner brought our food and the hostess brought our check. We Asked for a drink after our meal arrived and he motioned us over to come pick it up at the bar from him instead of bringing it over, it was bizarre
