Mt Fuji Janpanese Cuisine - Louisville

I ordered the California and Philly roll combo. Unfortunately, it arrived lukewarm, had an unpleasant smell, and was inedible. The restaurant didn't have adequate air conditioning, but the cashier was friendly. Food rating: 1/5.

Mt Fuji was a disappointment. I usually get fried shrimp with steak extra broccoli Extra yum yum sauces spending over $20 for just 1 meal just to get food poisoning and everyone else in my house did as well mind you I just gave birth to my first child and i spend the last two days throwing up and pooping almost having to be tooken to the hospital thanks to Mt Fuji

This is one of few options near University of Louisville campus that offers Asian food. I wanted to love it soooo bad, but was hardly impressed and barely finished my food. This place can get busy during lunch time with a small space for people to wait for their to-go orders. The food itself was really disappointing. I got the teriyaki chicken. The chicken was dry, flavorless, and hard to eat. The price point was not even good for a below average meal.

The food was good as usual. This is my go to spot for togo hibachi and sushi. The service is fast because they service the university. The ambiance is not much to look at but the food and service is great.
