Morris' Liquors Deli - Louisville

First off, I have to highlight the quality of the food. These sandwiches are exceptional! Each one is made with freshly cut meat and prepared to order with great attention to detail. Another lovely feature is that bacon is treated as a topping rather than an extra meat, which I really appreciate. Another fantastic aspect of Morris Deli is the freshly baked cookies available every time I visit. I never leave without grabbing three of their scrumptious snickerdoodles. Regarding prices, you simply can't beat them. A sandwich and three cookies cost less than a sandwich from Jimmy John's, and they taste a thousand times better. I also want to mention the ambiance of the place. I love going there because every customer is welcomed and treated like a regular, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. I enjoy it so much that I just had a Morris Deli sandwich for lunch, and I'm already craving another!

I had an incredible Reuben sandwich that was truly outstanding. However, the everything potato salad was quite disappointing; it might just be the worst I've ever tasted. The service was quick, and they also offered a decent selection of Kentucky bourbons. I highly recommend this place, but definitely skip the potato salad.

The food here is always excellent. It's one of the few remaining neighborhood delis and I can't say enough good things about the quality of food and the service. They have an excellent selection of beers and liquor. The prices are fair for what you get so stop by and check them out.
