Kfc - Louisville

We ordered only 5 large containers of coleslaw, but it was excellent.

4 because order was attempted to be placed online but could not be placed after getting to button saying place order. Lady inside at counter was very understanding and got it all straightened out for me so I didn't have to cook after all...I washappy, food was ????

No one else was I'm the restaurant when we were given my order. This kfc closes at midnight, I was there at 8:15 p.m., inorder 5 of tender, with mashed potatoes and slaw. I'm from out of town. The chicken tasted very off, was old and dried up, I gotmacaroni and 5 tired tenders. Terrible service with zero excuse except lazy.

The order was incorrect and they made me wait, forgetting about me. After waiting for 10 minutes, I went inside and found my order in a bag that the manager or supervisor had located. However, once I opened the burritos at home, I discovered that the order was incorrect and they were cold. Additionally, they had left out one item. This is the second time in 2 weeks that something like this has occurred at this restaurant. I will wait until they have new management before returning. Be prepared to check your order carefully if they ask you to wait, and inspect it thoroughly before leaving.

The Drive Thru at Taco Bell and KFC is always a convenient option, but unfortunately, my order is rarely accurate.
