Kfc - Louisville

Food was fresh but the wait was 20 minutes long after being told it would only be 5 minutes on fries. When I went back to the window was told that they have forgot to drop the fries.

The customer service was great and my chicken sandwich was ????

They forgot to put part of my order in ,then I went back the next day they gave it to me but filled it half way. I ordered more things my fries set out on the counter for 25mins while I was waiting for biscuits then I had to wait for Cole slaw and had toask for a bag and bag it all myself.

They have the best French fries hands down.. the best even better than the coated ones

Spent 52 dollars better off to go somewhere else cause chicken was small along with the tenders got hot food but quality not there .
