Bidrage med feedbackThe appetizers had good flavor and were reasonably priced. The sizzling beef was delicious, but at $17, the portion was very disappointing, especially regarding the amount of meat – I'd say it was worth more like $12. The black mushu was tasty, but again, it lacked substance, with too much cauliflower used as filler. The lo mein was decent, but it was a bit too oily for my liking. The Cantonese fried rice was flavorful, but I felt it was overpriced as well. I understand that certain ingredients can be rare, but it seemed like we received only about a quarter of a full serving. Overall, the food tasted great, but I felt that we didn’t get good value for our money.
I visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day, arriving later in the evening after 8 PM. I was seated quickly, and our drinks arrived promptly. The appetizers were excellent, and the Beijing duck entree was fantastic! In fact, the entire meal was delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely consider returning with my children.
Every time the door opens, cold air rushes in. It would be great to have two sets of doors to help block the cold air.
Once again I weathered going to joy luck due to open table points and again was disappointed. Every time we go there we get cold soup. We asked the waitress for hot soup and 10 minutes later got hot soup. The explanation, “the soup well where they keep it warm is not working”. So it must have not been working for months now since the last I visited it was the same excuse. To make matters worse the food was just warm and there were not many people in the restaurant. The table next to us got cold soup as well.
Went for lunch. Great menu specials, excellent service. Will be back.
