Hibachi Sushi Buffet - Louisville

I 've always liked going to eat here but haven 't been in a couple of years. To say that it was a complete disappointment is an understatement!! To start off walking in the door there 's a sign that says WARNING: There will be an extra charge for any uneaten food left on plates. This is an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET so where do they get off trying to charge extra when you 're already paying? Second, the food was horrible!!! I got a little bit of all my favs but only ate the spaghetti that was supposed to be lo mein. The food was most likely the food from when they opened. You could tell that it 'd been sitting out all day. We were there for dinner so I 'm sure anyone can imagine how that was. It was so bad I didn 't even try to get a second plate of different foods for that reason. Third, the waiter kept walking past around our table, not to be of service cause he wouldn 't ask if everything was OK or if we needed refills, he kept watching our plates only. Needless to say I will not be going back!! PS I spent that whole evening the next day in out of the restroom. Be cautious if eating here.

Well it was the worst experience I had at a restaurant because I couldn't finish my dinner because I went up to get more food and I felt like I was being watching by a worker and I told the manager and they just fight with me about it like they did not care that shows bad management for the restaurant they didn't come to the table but one time too. And a lot of the food was cold.

Kept your drinks full and plates cleared, this place has declined over the Years, food options are thinning down, sushi is really just California rolls with imitation crab only. No longer has mussels, orange chicken, sesame chicken, or frog legs. Desserts aren't special at all just bulk cakes and cookies. They did have a soft serve machine that's gone. The waterfall wall is always off now.

Food was dried out and cold and not fresh, broccoli was undercooked, and the chicken was rough and cold. I asked for a sprite but it tasted like sparkling water. I had no choice but to pay because he said if you touch it you have to pay even when I didn’t eat it. I was very disappointed and not satisfied.
